how much does candy cost? the school can just go to a dollar store and buy at least 150 bucks worth of candies. its not like if we waste 150 bucks the whole school is poor now, right?

I think David is right, more student will go with the candy idea and we can not waste paper, but the problem with candy is the students might throw the wraping on the ground
